INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 CUP PUMPKIN SEEDS
  • 1/4 CUP PEANUTS
  • 1/4 CUP AMBROSIA ALMOND
  • 1/4 CUP AMBROSIA PREMIUM WALNUT KERNELS
  • 1/4 CUP OATS
  • 1 TABLE SPOON CHIA SEEDS
  • 1 TABLE SPOON SUNFLOWER SEEDS
DIRECTIONS
  • ROAST ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER FOR 7 -8 MINUTES
  • AND BLEND THEM INTO A MIXTURE
  • FOR PROTEIN POWDER- EAT 1 SPOON DAILY RAW WITH OR WITHOUT MILK / WATER
  • FOR HIGH PROTEIN FLOUR- ADD IT IN YOUR FLOUR ALONG WITH NORMAL AATA
