- 1/4 CUP PEANUTS
- 1/4 CUP AMBROSIA ALMOND
- 1/4 CUP AMBROSIA PREMIUM WALNUT KERNELS
- 1/4 CUP OATS
- 1 TABLE SPOON CHIA SEEDS
- 1 TABLE SPOON SUNFLOWER SEEDS
DIRECTIONS
- ROAST ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER FOR 7 -8 MINUTES
- AND BLEND THEM INTO A MIXTURE
- FOR PROTEIN POWDER- EAT 1 SPOON DAILY RAW WITH OR WITHOUT MILK / WATER
- FOR HIGH PROTEIN FLOUR- ADD IT IN YOUR FLOUR ALONG WITH NORMAL AATA
