Chocolate Dipped Walnut with Sea Salt
- 150 gm Ambrosia Walnut kernels or halves
- 150 gm dark chocolate/milk chocolate compound
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 30-40 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each walnut half in the chocolate and place on a plate or tray lined with butter paper
- Sprinkle with sea salt then refrigerate walnuts until chocolate sets, 20 minutes or longer.
