- OR 1 SPOON AMBROSIA ALMOND POWDER
- 1/4 SPOON OVERNIGHT SOAKED FENUGREEK
- 1/4 SPOON OVERNIGHT SOAKED FENNEL
- 1/4 SPOON BARLEY
- 1 BASIL LEAF
- HALIM/ GARDEN CRESS (OPTIONAL)
DIRECTIONS
- BOIL 1 CUP WATER WITH THE INGREDTIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE FOR 7 -8 MINUTES.
- DRAIN AND SIP
