INGREDIENTS
  • 1 CUP GARDEN CRESS SEEDS
  • 1 CUP WATER
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 4 TSP JAGGERY POWDER
  • 2 TSP CARDAMOM SEEDS
  • 2 TSP CLOVES
  • 5-6 AMBROSIA CASHEW NUTS
  • 6 AMBROSIA RAISINS
  • 4-5 AMBROSIA ALMONDS SLICES
  • 1 STRAND OF AMBROSIA SAFFRON
DIRECTIONS
  • BOIL WATER
  • ADD WASHED GARDEN CRESS SEEDS AND ALLOW IT TO BOIL FOR 3-4 MIN
  • ADD MILK AND BOIL IT FOR 2-3 MIN.
  • ADD JAGGERY POWDER AND BOIL FOR 10 MINUTES
  • BOIL AND MIX WELL THE GARDEN CRESS MIXTURE
  • ROAST CASHEW AND RAISINS IN 1/4 SPOON OF GHEE
  • MIX THEM IN THE BOILED MIXTURE OF MILK – JAGGERY AND SEEDS
  • LET THE MIXTURE THICKEN AND COOL
  • MAKE BALLS OUT OF THE MIXTURE
  • MAKE POWDER OF CARDAMON SEEDS AND CLOVES
  • DECORATE WITH CARDAMOM CLOVE POWDER AND AMBROSIA ALMOND SLICES
