1. Place all plant-based walnut meal ingredients in a food processor. Pulse to chop all ingredients.
Lettuce Wraps
1. Transfer plant-based walnut meal to a nonstick pan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, Add cheese to the pan and stir until cheese is slightly melted. Let cool.
2. Place lettuce leaves on your plate or serving platter and top with hummus, couscous, plant-based walnut meal, tomatoes and green onion. Serve immediately.
