- 1 Cup Roasted nuts
- 1 Cup dates
- 2 Tablespoon ghee
- Chop the toasted almonds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and pistachios.
- Make a paste of dates or apricots.
- Mix everything together and drizzle melted ghee.
- Flatten it in a tray and out the small bars in rectangular shape.
