INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup Roasted nuts
  • 1 Cup dates
  • 2 Tablespoon ghee
DIRECTIONS
  • Chop the toasted almonds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and pistachios.
  • Make a paste of dates or apricots.
  • Mix everything together and drizzle melted ghee.
  • Flatten it in a tray and out the small bars in rectangular shape.
